All pieces will be shipped through the USPS with Priority Shipping, which reduces the time your ClayArt piece spends bouncing about on trucks or hanging out in mail centers. Orders should arrive in 3-4 business days after mailing, if traveling to the continental US.
Pottery can be fragile in the hands of postal workers...
I often double box anything with handles and I include lots of padding to try to protect your ClayArt piece as it travels on it's way to you.
This is why a 4" ClayArt mug will arrive in a 10"x10"x10" box.
I re-use packing materials whenever I can, because I care about the impact I have on our Earth while running a small business. The only plastic I use (re-use) is being recycled from other packages I receive. All new packing peanuts are cornstarch-based and are compostable. Any styrofoam peanuts are a re-used product.
Please consider re-using the mailing boxes your pottery arrives in
OR break them down and put them out for recycling.
Please inspect your pieces upon receipt in the mail. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong piece, photograph it in the packaging and contact me immediately so I can evaluate the issue and try to correct it. Please note that after unboxing your item and using it, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Your happiness is important to me. If your purchase is not what you expected, please contact me within five days of receipt of your item so I can authorize the return. When returning an unused piece for a refund or merchandise credit : you MUST return in the original packaging, with all of the original padding in place to ensure it arrives safely. Refunds are conditional upon my receipt of item in original condition. There are no returns on custom work or sale items.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
